1. Developing knowledge of BenefitPoint, Perfect Quote and World EB workflows.
2. Developing knowledge World EB value proposition by segmentation, the applicable EB templates and standardized client service deliverables.
3. Developing knowledge EB carriers and group insurance products, carrier portals, as well as ability to work within EB tools, systems, and templates, applying knowledge to middle and large.
4. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Power Point.
