3. Technical fluency sufficient to engage meaningfully in solution design and hands-on development; candidates must be comfortable working alongside engineers and architects.
4. Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholder groups.
5. Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in how technology solves organizational problems.
