Required Qualifications

1. 1–2 years in a relevant analytics role with a track record of driving strategic impact (FinTech or Capital Markets experience is a plus)
2. Experience using SQL to query large databases is an asset
3. Strong proficiency in data analysis and data visualization (Superset, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
4. Exceptional ability to translate ‘data-speak’ into clear, strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
5. You are a creative thinker who looks beyond the spreadsheet to see the ‘big picture’ of execution and business growth
