Required Qualifications

1. A recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
2. Strong, demonstrable experience writing clean, production-ready code in Python and C++.
3. A solid conceptual understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Reinforcement Learning.
4. Experience with version control, API development, and basic familiarity with cloud architecture (Azure or AWS) and containerization.
