Required Qualifications

1. B.Sc. in a quantitative discipline (computer science, computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology)
2. Experience with single-cell analysis tools (Scanpy/Seurat) and multi-omics integration.
3. Familiarity with machine learning, including deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and/or imaging analysis.
4. Evidence of prior coding projects (GitHub, course projects, notebooks, or publications).
