Required Qualifications

1. 1–4 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, automation, solutions engineering, data engineering, or similar)
2. Hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI tools to build functional solutions
3. Familiarity with common GenAI use cases: summarization, extraction, classification, routing, and content generation
4. Understanding of AI limitations (hallucinations, context limits, latency, cost) and how to design around them
