Required Qualifications

1. Previous experience of working within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Operations environment.
2. Knowledge of Linux (command line).
3. Previous experience with bash and or Python or other Linux scripting/ programming languages.
4. Previous experience with monitoring tools (Nagios preferred).
5. Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems (Jira, lighthouse, Bugzilla, etc.).
