1. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, business, finance, economics, or health care administration.
2. Knowledge of streamlined user interfaces and applications that graphically display complex quantitative data.
3. Knowledge of web applications or business intelligence platforms.
4. Epic Clarity/Cogito data model fundamentals training is required within 90 days of employment and required certifications must be successfully completed within 6 months from date of hire.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
