Required Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or production support roles.
2. Basic to intermediate understanding of CIAM or IAM concepts.
3. Hands-on exposure to Ping Identity or similar identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Azure AD B2C, ForgeRock).
4. Working knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and web-based applications.
