Required Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Math, or another quantitative field

4. Familiarity with core financial concepts (e.g., inflation, depreciation, discount rates, operating costs, capital planning, debt metrics/coverage concepts)
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
