Required Qualifications

1. BA/MA in a social science — communication, psychology, political science, economics or a related field
2. 1-2+ years of experience in survey research, project management or a similar role
3. Experience with data analytics and/or survey methodology a plus
4. Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude) and experience leveraging them to improve research workflows, documentation, analysis, or operational efficiency
5. Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple projects in parallel and take initiative on projects
