Required Qualifications

1. Demonstrated coding experience in at least one general-purpose language (Python strongly preferred)

3. Hands-on experience using AI tools — such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — to accelerate development, automate tasks, or build lightweight applications
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
5. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
