Required Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in back-end development with Java (Jakarta EE, CDI), Groovy, and integration frameworks like Apache Camel
2. Strong understanding of the Maven build lifecycle, including compiling the Java codebase and managing complex cross-module dependencies
3. 1-3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise middleware such as application servers (e.g., WildFly), message brokers (e.g., ActiveMQ), and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka)
4. Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with non-SPA front-ends. Direct experience with YUI is a plus; otherwise, you must be willing and able to quickly master a legacy framework
5. Proven ability to dive into a large existing codebase, understand functionality even with incomplete documentation, and deliver targeted enhancements safely
