Required Qualifications

1. Able to work on-site in Boston for the full 1-year program (40 hrs/week) starting on June 22
2. Demonstrated experience building something real with AI (e.g., side project, automation, product, tool, or workflow)
3. Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to develop and iterate quickly
4. Working knowledge of Python and/or modern scripting/backend tools
5. Familiarity with best in class LLMs, APIs, and basic system integration concepts
