1. Ability to report in person to Beightler Armory, Columbus, OH (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
2. Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2025 (or within 3 months of application) in a relevant field
3. U.S. citizenship and ability to handle sensitive government information
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
