1. Deep, intuitive understanding of social media content performance — you can look at a piece of content and predict whether it will perform before it’s posted.
2. Creative and experimental mindset — you spend hours tweaking variables to find the edges of what a tool can do, then push past them.
3. Systematic thinking — you don’t just find one great prompt, you figure out why it works and build a repeatable framework around it.
4. Hands-on experience with AI-generated content — image generation (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or similar), video generation, or other AI creative tools.
5. Strong written communication — you can document a complex prompt strategy clearly enough that someone with no context can follow it and get consistent results.
