Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with relevant hands-on experience through internships, co-op programs, or similar real-world opportunities.
2. Proficiency in excel and leveraging large datasets to transform into synthesized insights for business partners
3. Proven experience in Business Analyst role capacity with a focus on leveraging Salesforce, Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc)
4. Analytical skills with ability to research & interpret financial & business data, identify trends, understand drivers of variances
5. Strong business partnering skills with ability to collaborate across both finance & with business leaders
