Required Qualifications

1. 0-to-1 project inception – You have successfully managed at least one complex data project from conception to full-scale implementation, resulting in measurable impact.
2. Machine Learning and AI – You possess a demonstrated track record in productionizing AI and/or ML systems, supported by concrete, tangible examples.
3. Proven Leadership – Exceptional leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Adept at thriving in ambiguous situations while instilling clarity, focus, and momentum.
4. Strategic & Analytical Thinking – A versatile, data-driven decision-maker with strong strategic thinking capabilities. Skilled at operating in ambiguity, shaping overarching technology and AI strategies, and defining transformative initiatives.
5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business), and/or relevant industry experience
