Required Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics role (internships, project work count.)
2. Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Statistics or an associates degree in stated fields with an additional 2 years of experience or combination of education and years of experience.
3. Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation) and at least beginner understanding of Power BI (familiarity with Power Query and DAX.)
4. Experience with other BI or visualization tools instead Power BI.
5. Desire and willingness to continually grow Power BI skills with mentorship from the AVP.
