Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience through internships, coursework, or professional in software development, AI/ML engineering or data science.
3. Programming skills in Python (and potentially JavaScript or Node.js for orchestration/integration work) and experience with APIs, data pipelines and integration of external services.
4. Conceptual understanding of NLP, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering and related techniques.
5. Communication skills — able to present complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
