Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree relevant to Joint Ventures/ Alliances/ Partnerships, PMI and Carve-outs or broader M&A/Transactions
2. Minimum 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Joint Ventures & Alliances, Integrations/PMI, Separations/Carve-outs, Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, and/or similar topics required
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
4. Advanced knowledge and experience of working with Excel (business and financial modeling) and proficiency with financial and company databases are beneficial, experience with project management tools are beneficial
5. Fluency in English
