3. 1+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives
4. 1+ years of experience with pandas, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, Octave, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, ExtendSim, SAS, Netica, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSSTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
5. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
