Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources or related discipline, plus 1 to 3 years of change specific experience or an equivalent level of education, training, and experience.
2. Recognised training and/or certification in change management (PROSCI, CCMP, CMS, etc.) is required.
3. Experience supporting training or learning activities as part of a change or transformation initiative (e.g., system implementations, process changes).
4. Experience working in a project‑based or transformation environment is required.
5. Previous involvement in transformational projects with significant change management implications.
