Required Qualifications

1. Degree from an accredited University in Computer Science or Information Management, Information Technology, or Software Engineering OR Computer Programming or college specializing in Computer Science or Computer Programming of at least 1 year duration
2. 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Software Developer
3. Minimum of 6 months of demonstrated combined experience within the past 3 years in: C++ using MS Visual Studio for application development OR SQL for applications development OR Web application design
4. Minimum of 6 months of demonstrated experience developing software within an Agile development environment
5. Experience developing large organizations HRMS including DND (10000+ users with 1000 concurrent users) applications within the past 3 years
