Required Qualifications

1. High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
2. 1-2 years’ of computer hardware and software operations, clerical, administration or research and analysis experience is required, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job.
3. Knowledge of records management, government operations and office practices, policies and procedures.
4. Skill in communicating and interacting with supervisors, elected officials, members of the general public and all other groups involved in the activities of the City in response to specific requests.
5. Ability to operate a computer terminal and related computer workstations, scanners and printing equipment.
