Required Qualifications

1. A recent Master’s or Ph.D. in Quantum Information Science, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
2. Deep understanding of quantum error correction, the stabilizer formalism, CSS codes, and topological quantum computing.
3. Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy) or C/C++ for scientific computing.
4. Comfortable wrangling large sparse matrices and writing custom simulation scripts from scratch.
5. A builder’s mentality.
