Required Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Business Analysis or Strategy & Operations in an analytics role.
2. Working knowledge of Python and data analytics libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
3. Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational database structures.
4. Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills, including experience with A/B testing, significance testing, and regression analysis to generate insights and guide business decisions.
5. A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams.
