Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in AI-driven development will be considered.
2. 1–3 years of experience in software engineering or AI-driven development.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) as a primary delivery mechanism, not merely a supplemental aid.
4. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, Java, or similar) with the ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code.
5. Foundational understanding of cloud-native development, preferably on AWS.
