Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with strong troubleshooting, and collaboration in a mixed team
2. Strong hands-on experience Oracle, Structured Query Language, Procedural Language / Structured Query Language, HIVE / Spark, Unix/Linux, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Splunk, Geneos, Unix, Shell script and debugging across infrastructure components and cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
3. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ansible for automation of various manual tasks
4. Hands on background in Site Reliability Engineering, including building Service Level Indicator/Service Level Objective, and working with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Google Cloud, ServiceNow and Control M, as well as ticketing tool like service now
5. Ability to leverage or understand the potential of AI and Large Language Models in production environment is a plus
