Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Education or knowledge in some or all of the following technologies: Java and Java Frameworks, HTML, especially HTML5, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, XML and XSLT, Groovy, C/Python/PHP, JQuery.
3. Education or knowledge of Relational Database design principles (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
4. Ability to assume responsibility for less complex systems and analysis of projects involving development of subsystems.
5. Ability to formulate programming code in more than one programming logic.
