Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reporting, including ownership of production dashboards and scheduled data refreshes.
3. Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, row-level security), advanced Excel, and SQL for data preparation and validation.
4. Solid understanding of core data concepts, including cardinality, parent-child relationships, and strategies for joining large datasets.
5. Demonstrated ability to document processes clearly and communicate insights effectively to both leadership and non-technical audiences.
