Required Qualifications

1. Associates degree in an applicable field and a minimum 1 year of work experience in a Lead-level role or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
2. Problem solving skills, ability to make sound judgment, and analytical skills; interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are required to elicit requirements and communicate technical information to users effectively.
3. Must be capable of working agreed work shift and working before/after the work shift, when needed.
