Required Qualifications

1. 1–2 years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment supporting Windows and/or Linux systems.
2. 1-2 years of experience in developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and troubleshooting.
3. Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networking, and managed services tools.
4. Basic understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and security control concepts.
