Required Qualifications

1. Expert knowledge of Quantum Metric, including journey analysis, session replay, segmentation, and friction detection.
2. Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and integrating Power BI with Copilot to enhance insight generation and workflow automation.
3. Ability to craft and optimize AI prompts, from basic instructions to advanced multi-step strategies, and apply practical AI/LLM skills to streamline workflows, analyze data, and enhance content and operations.
4. Experience with digital analytics tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or equivalent.
5. Experience with web content and front-end tools (AEM, HTML, CSS).
