Required Qualifications

1. Baseline technical knowledge – at least one year hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, either buy-side (DSP trading), sell-side (SSP, publisher ad ops), or both.
2. Genuine analytical curiosity – you enjoy diving into data, and you don’t stop at ‘here’s what happened’; you want to know why and what to do about it.
3. Initiative and self-management – you work well with a clear goal and the autonomy to figure out how to get there; you bring a plan, not just a question.
4. Aptitude with AI tools – you’re comfortable using AI to speed up your work and you’re not afraid to experiment; prior experience building scripts or automations is a bonus, not a requirement.
5. Enthusiasm for learning – programmatic ad tech is complex and fast-moving; you need to enjoy getting to the bottom of things and be willing to research and learn quickly on topics you aren’t familiar with.
