Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree (or anticipated graduation by Summer 2026) in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
2. Coursework, academic projects, internships, or self-directed work that demonstrates you can write SQL queries, think through data problems, and pull meaningful signal from messy data.
3. Ability to create clear, effective data visualizations, select appropriate chart types, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
4. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, investigate anomalies, and take initiative without waiting for direction.
5. You want to be the expert on your domain. When you own a report or a dashboard, you own it completely. You know where the data comes from, what the edge cases are, and how stakeholders use it.
