Required Qualifications

1. 1–6 years of experience shipping high-quality code in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action over perfection
2. Comfortable working across the full-stack—frontend and backend—with a backend lean of up to 70/30 being fine
3. Worked at or are deeply familiar with marketplace companies (think Uber, Airbnb, Thumbtack, AngelList) and understand how two-sided platforms actually work
4. Strong TypeScript and React experience and can move fast without sacrificing quality where it matters
5. Motivated by user impact and business outcomes—you get excited when something you shipped drives a real hiring result
