Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering or related technical field.
2. Formal power systems and power electronics education with proven professional experience and technical expertise in the field of power system engineering.
3. Knowledge of modern grid technologies – Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), Distribution Systems (DMS), Grid Energy Storage (BES), Volt/VAR Optimization (VVO), Virtual Power Plant (VPP).
4. Familiarity with mixed integer programming and convex optimization.
5. Familiarity with industrial solvers like Gurobi, CLP, and/or CBC.
