Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in public policy, education, political science, or a related social science field or equivalent experience required
2. 3 years of relevant experience required with Associate’s Degree in social sciences, education or a related field, or 1 years of relevant experience required with Bachelor’s Degree
3. Knowledge of the federal ESSA evidence standards
4. Experience using evidence-based clearinghouses (e.g. IES What Works Clearinghouse, Evidence for ESSA)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
