Required Qualifications

1. Collect, analyze and report on program/project data
2. Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects. Develop data collection methods based on project needs
3. Develop and continually update reports for Home leadership and field operators to provide updates on progress and drive adoption
4. Develop and update project dashboards that will be used to provide updates to senior leadership
5. Analyze data to help answer questions, demonstrate project progress and evaluate defined project outcome measures
