Required Qualifications

1. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
2. One year of experience in social services or related field required.
3. Required experience in the management, and use of data systems tools, including demonstrated proficiency in Excel, MS-SQL, Access, and Crystal Reports.
4. Very strong computer skills required including very strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Internet browser software skills; applicants may be subject to computer skills testing.
