Required Qualifications

1. MBA students graduating in May 2026 or recent graduates with an undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, analytics, or a related field of study.
2. Possess 0–3 years of relevant early‑career experience, including internships, academic projects, or entry‑level roles related to analytics, strategy, consulting, or marketing.
3. Demonstrate proficiency working with data and qualitative information to support clear insights.
4. Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is helpful but not required.
5. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present ideas clearly and concisely.
