Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1–2 years of professional backend development experience.
3. Hands-on experience with Kotlin, or strong JVM language depth (Java or Scala) with a clear commitment to working in Kotlin.
4. Experience with Spring Boot or a comparable server-side framework.
5. Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and RESTful API design.
