Required Qualifications

1. Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or data science.
2. 0-1 years (with PhD) or 1-3 years (with MS) of experience in applied research or development of machine learning models, data analysis, preferably with the advertising industry or a closely related field, i.e. search, recommender system and NLP.
3. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages.
4. Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
5. Outstanding ability to analyze large datasets, and derive actionable insights.
