Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
2. 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, Strategy, Portfolio Management, or related role within a complex organization
3. Experience in preparing analysis, presentations, and decision-support materials
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to independently produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables
5. Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, organize multiple concurrent initiatives, and maintain momentum across cross-functional workstreams
