Required Qualifications

1. Experience working on software development projects, including Agile, in the systems development life cycle
2. Experience with Help Desk or IT Service Management (ITSM) software such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
3. Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure subscriptions, and performing endpoint administrative functions such as resource provisioning and configuration, role-based access control (RBAC), monitoring and cost management, device provisioning and configuration, patch management and updates, endpoint security management, and user access and policy management
4. Experience testing software applications in a cloud environment, including validation, troubleshooting, and performance testing, and authoring functional and technical documents, including user guides, requirements documents, RTVMs, or FAQs
5. Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution processes, and deployment and operational support of software tools in production and non-production environments
