2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to raise concerns and coordinate with customer operational teams.
3. Demonstrated analytical thinking skills, including the ability to handle incident variations beyond standard playbooks.
4. Experience with or working knowledge of the following tools: Palo Alto XSOAR – for centralized incident handling and orchestration.
5. Experience with or working knowledge of the following tools: Palo Alto XDR – for running search queries to determine true compromise versus false positives.
