Required Qualifications

1. 1 to 5 years of experience in valuation, public audit and/or a forensic and dispute consulting practice
2. Knowledge of financial statement entry and analysis, KPI development and benchmarking, comparative analysis, and financial forecasting development (three-statement modeling)
3. Experience working on various types of complex valuation matters including restructuring (e.g., solvency) and support conclusions for key assumptions
4. Ability to demonstrate knowledge in valuation standards (fair market value, fair value, investment value, and liquidation value)
5. Applied understanding of valuation approaches including market (guideline, transaction), income (DCF, capitalization of earnings), cost/asset, and premise of value (going concern and liquidation)
