Required Qualifications

1. Prior experience working with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage; medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, design, rate structures, etc.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to present to a range of professionals at each client
3. Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL, etc.)
4. Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving within 6 months of start date
5. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
